Aptech informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, Aptech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities (Equity Shares) of the Company will remain closed for all Insiders, Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 1, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Accordingly, all Insiders, Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 shall be intimated separately.
