Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons and Insiders (the Code), Divi’s Laboratories has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of Board meeting for declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31,2026, will be intimated in due course.
