NIIT informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, NIIT has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Financial Results) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026, will be intimated separately.
