Pursuant to internal code of conduct for the prevention of insider trading framed by company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), Rajputana Investment and Finance has informed that the Trading Window of the company will remain closed to regulate, monitor and report trading by Promoter, Directors and Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company and the Subsidiary of the company as prescribed by the Schedule B of the regulations from April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Result of the company to the stock exchange for the Fourth quarter and financial year ending 31.03.2026.
