Pursuant to provisions of the Clause 4 of Schedule B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, Waaree Renewable Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relative, Connected Persons of the Company from Wednesday, April 01, 2026. The closure is in connection with the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange.
