Star Housing Finance has informed that Pradip Kumar Das (DIN: 06593113), vide his email dated 30th March 2026 has tendered his resignation from the position of Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from closure of business hours on 30th March 2026 due to personal exigencies and unavoidable personal commitments. Further, the requisite disclosures as required under Regulation 30 read with clause 7B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/ PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure I along with the copy of resignation letter.
