DOMS Industries informs about updates on acquisition
DOMS Industries has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of remaining 6.5% stake in Pioneer. The Company has purchased the remaining 3,900 Equity Shares from certain existing shareholders of Pioneer, for a total consideration of ₹ 5,53,80,000 (Rupees Five Crores Fifty Three Lakhs Eighty Thousand Only) thereby increasing the Company’s shareholding in Pioneer to 64.0% from 57.5% of its total paid-up Equity Share capital. This transaction was completed on March 31, 2026.
