Advent Hotels International informs about trading window closure
Advent Hotels International has informed that in accordance with the Company's ‘Code of Fair Disclosures and Code of Conduct’ (Code) and as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and Connected Persons including their immediate relatives (as defined in the Code) with effect from 1 st April, 2026 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026 become generally made available in public domain.
