GRP informs about trading window closure
GRP has informed that in terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in securities of GRP and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from the end of business hours of 31st March, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of declaration of the audited financial results shall be informed in the due course. All Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
