Astra Microwave Products has informed that Astra Rafael Comsys, Joint Venture Company, has bagged Rs. 250.58 crores (including taxes) worth of order on 01st April, 2026 from Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) for Supply of Software Defined Radio (SDR) for HAL, Bangalore. Disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is annexed as Annexure-1. The company will be receiving some portion of business from this order from Astra Rafael Comsys, Joint Venture Company.
