Carraro India informs about compliance certificate
Carraro India has informed that the Company has received Certificate from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA), MUFG Intime India (formerly known as Link Intime India) for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026, confirming the details of securities dematerialized/ rematerialized during the aforesaid period as required under Regulation 74(5) of DP Regulations, have been furnished by RTA to all the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed. As required under Regulation 74(5) of the DP Regulations, the compliance certificate dated 08 th April, 2026 for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026 received from the RTA is enclosed as Annexure A.
