PTC Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Aerolloy Technologies (ATL) and Safran Aircraft Engines have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop cooperation on the manufacturing of components and materials for military aircraft engines. Hindalco Industries is all set to acquire a 100% equity stake in US-based AluChem Companies, Inc., a prominent manufacturer of Specialty Alumina, for an enterprise value of $125 million.
