Tasty Bite Eatables has informed that Sandeep Shah, Director of Corporate Affairs has tendered his resignation from the post of Director of Corporate Affair of Company. The Company has accepted his resignation, and he has been relieved from responsibilities with effect from the close of working hours of 30th June 2025 and his resignation letter pursuant to clause 7C of Part A of Schedule II of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached herewith. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are provided in Annexure-I.
