Zeal Aqua has informed that shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot, notice of Postal Ballot issued by the Company on May 24, 2025 have passed special resolutions for the appointment of Shantilal Ishwarlal Patel (DIN: 01362109) as a Whole-Time Director of the Company, Pradipkumar Ratilal Navik (DIN: 01067716) as a Managing Director of the Company and Rohan Pradipkumar Navik (DIN: 02531248) as a Whole-Time Director of the Company with effective from June 26, 2025, for a term of five years ending on June 26, 2030. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with, clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are given as Annexure A, B and C, respectively.
