In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, CFF Fluid Control has informed that the company has received order for the supply of Supply of Spares for 03 ships set of (GRSE) of P17A Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) totaling to approx. Rs 4.94 Crores (Including Tax). Further the details as required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure - A.
