Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’) read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Seamec has informed that it enclosed the copies of advertisement published in newspapers on July 18, 2025 in Financial Express (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) relating to completion of dispatch of Notice convening the 38th Annual General Meeting along with Integrated Annual Report for fiscal 2024-25 to the members of the Company.
