TVS Srichakra informs about results of e-voting
In continuation to its letter dated 13th June 2025, wherein the company submitted the Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of the Members of the Company, by way of Special Resolution, for the re-appointment of Shobhana Ramachandhran as Managing Director for a term of five years, effective from 25th August 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, TVS Srichakra has informed that the results of the Postal Ballot carried out through remote electronic voting facility during the period from 17th June 2025 (9.00 AM) to 16th July 2025 (5.00 PM). The details of e-voting results are enclosed as Annexure I in the prescribed format. The Scrutinizer’s Report is also attached as Annexure II.
