BLS International Services informs about receipt of work order
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BLS International Services has informed that the company has received a Work Order on August 25, 2025 from Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), New Delhi, Government of India for providing services as ‘Service Provider for Establishing and Running District Level Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK)’ of approx. INR 2055.35 Crores (Inclusive of all duties and taxes). The detailed disclosure as required under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure A.
