Ceinsys Tech has informed that the company has been awarded Service order for Supply of Autodesk Build Enterprise Licenses. The order dated August 29, 2025, valued for INR 5.55 Crores towards supply and installation of Autodesk Build enterprise licenses for Common Data Environment (CDE) requirement for Adani Group. The disclosure as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as an Annexure A.
