In continuation to intimation dated July 28, 2025 and August 27, 2025, Kalyan Capitals has informed that, Chandan Kumar Bhardwaj, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), vide his letter dated July 28, 2025 and Abhijeet Sharma, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), designated as Key Managerial Personnel, vide his letter dated August 26, 2025 had tendered their resignation. The resignation came into effect from the closure of business hours on August 31, 2025. Further in continuation to its intimation dated August 11, 2025, Anshu Agarwal has been designated as Chief Executive Officer of the Company under the category of Key Managerial Personnel with effect from September 01, 2025. The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with, SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure - A. The Letter of resignation received from Chandan Kumar Bhardwaj and Abhijeet Sharma are enclosed as Annexure- B.
