Man Infraconstruction has acquired additional 23% Partnership Interest in Starcrete LLP, (a subsidiary of the Company) on September 01, 2025 and now holds 98% partnership interest in the LLP. Cost of acquisition is Rs 23.75 lakh.
The main business of Starcrete LLP was producing, manufacturing, processing, trading, dealing in all kinds of building material products including ready mix concrete (RMC), aggregate, cement and all cement based products, etc. As agreed between Partners of LLP, the main business activity of LLP is changed to carrying out EPC and real estate activities.
