Pursuant to Regulations 34 and 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Ganesh Benzoplast has submitted the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2024-25 along with the Notice of the AGM, which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Company whose e-mail address are registered with the Company/Depositories/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by SEBI and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in this regard from time to time. Pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a letter containing the web-link for accessing the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 is being sent to all those Members who have not registered their email IDs with the Company/Depositories/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
