Aruna Hotels has informed that the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 26th September, 2025 at 10.00 am (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed a copy of Notice of the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2024-2025. In compliance with the applicable Circulars issued by the MCA and SEBI, the Notice of the 63rd AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-2025 are being sent only through electronic mode to those eligible Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depositories/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agents. A copy of the letter containing the web-link for accessing the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report 2024-25 which is being sent to all the members who have not registered their email address with Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/ their Depository Participants. The copy of the Notice along with the Annual Report is also available on the website of the Company at www.arunahotels.com.
