Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, L&T Finance has informed that it enclosed the schedule of investor meetings. No unpublished price sensitive information is proposed to be shared by the Company during the aforesaid investor meetings and the Company will make presentations on the same lines as the presentations made available on the websites of the Company and stock exchanges.
