Indo Tech Transformers informs about receipt of order
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, Indo Tech Transformers has informed that Indo-Tech Transformers (the Company) has received Purchase Order (PO) dated Sept 04, 2025 for supply of 9 Nos. 125 MVA transformers. The aggregate value of the order under the said PO is INR 78.39 Crores plus applicable taxes. The details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed.
