On the recommendation Remuneration Committee, the board of Directors recommend the appointment of Neelam Wadhwa as Whole Time Director liable to retire by rotation for a term of 5 years. 2. Approve the draft notice of Postal Ballot for appointment of Neelam Wadhwa as Whole Time Director liable to retire by rotation for a term of 5 years 3. Appointed Pramod Prasad Kothari as Scrutinizer for Postal Ballot Process.
