Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Vinati Organics has informed that the Company has subscribed to the additional 3,06,80,000 fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of ₹ 10/- each at par, amounting to ₹ 30,68,00,000/-by way of subscription towards the rights issue of Veeral Organics, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), the shares rank to existing Equity Shares of the Company.
