Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Prashant India has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated September 8, 2025 (‘Notice’) along with Explanatory Statement, seeking consent of members of the Company by means of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting for the Resolutions as set out in the Notice.
