Ecoplast has informed that Dhananjay Thakorbhai Desai (DIN: 00049574) has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on September 11, 2025, consequent to completion of his second term of five years as an Independent Director. The Board of Directors of the Company had placed on record its deep appreciation for the association and valuable contributions made by Dhananjay Thakorbhai Desai during his tenure and extended its best wishes for his future endeavors.
