Triton Valves informs about amalgamation
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Triton Valves has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the first motion of merger and amalgamation of Tritonvalves Climatech (‘Transferor Company’), wholly owned subsidiary company with Triton Valves (‘Transferee Company’) on 28th August 2025. The Company shall now proceed with the further steps required for approval of the Scheme from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal.
