Medico Remedies has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended & Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in its securities, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed, for all Insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from 1st October, 2025 up to the expiry of 48 hours post the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025.
