COSYN has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed, from Wednesday, 0L't October,2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2025 for all the Promoters/ Promoter Group/ Directors/ KMP/ Employees of the Company including designated persons, insiders and their immediate relatives, covered under the code.
