Miven Machine Tools informs about closure of trading window
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time, and with reference to the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, Miven Machine Tools has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities/shares of the Company for designated employees, specified persons and connected persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited Financial Results of the company for the 2nd quarter of the financial year 2025-26 ended on 30 th September, 2025. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected Persons / Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
