With reference to the 4th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company, which was held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 11:30 AM (IST) through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means, for the matters as stated in the Notice sent to the members of the Company, the members were provided the facility to vote on the resolutions through remote E-voting and E-voting at the said AGM, Valiant Laboratories has informed that it enclosed: 1. Report of the Scrutinizer dated September 25, 2025, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 - Enclosed as Annexure-1; 2.
