Gorani Industries has informed that the Company Gorani Industries has sought approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday 26th September, 2025 for re-appointment of Sandeep Surendra Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants, bearing Firm Registration No. 010172C, as Statutory Auditor of the Company, for their second term, to hold the office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the Thirty Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company. They are enclosing brief details of the aforesaid re-appointment in the prescribed format, as per Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
