With reference to the communication and pursuant to the order dated 18th August 2025 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench – IV in IA (IBC)(Plan) No. 52 of 2024 in CP (IB) No. 826/MB/2023, approving the Resolution Plan of the Company, Shivom Investment & Consultancy has submitted the following documents: 1. Synopsis of the Corporate Action on the letterhead of the Company, detailing the reduction and reconstitution of share capital. 2. Copy of NCLT Order dated 18th August 2025 (already submitted earlier). 3. Copy of Form INC-28 filed with ROC along with challan (already submitted earlier). The synopsis contains complete details of the reduction of capital, issuance of fresh shares, and the revised share capital structure of the Company post implementation of the approved Resolution Plan.
