Vallabh Steels informs about appointment of secretarial auditor
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Vallabh Steels has informed that the shareholders at their Meeting held today, have approved the appointment of Kajal Rai and Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, Certificate of Practice No. 10481, Peer Review Certificate No.: 4357/2023 as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till the financial year 2029-30. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31st December 2024 is enclosed as Annexure 1.
