Weizmann informs about trading window closure
Weizmann has informed that in view of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading in Securities by Insiders pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.
