Ashirwad Steels & Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/Connected/Designated Persons of the Company from 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2025. Accordingly all Directors/Connected/Designated Persons of the Company are advised not to trade on the securities of the Company during the trading window closure period.
