Safari Industries (India) has informed that as per the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st October 2025 and shall open 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half ended 30th September 2025 are communicated to Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all Designated Persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives, of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
