JSL Industries submits board meeting intimation
JSL Industries has informed that in terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from October 01, 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
