Lemon Tree Hotels moves up on launching second property in Bihar
The hotel features 50 well-appointed rooms and suites across various categories, designed for comfort and functionality
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 167.95, up by 2.20 points or 1.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 165.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 165.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 168.30 and Rs. 165.25 respectively. So far 136039 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 170.80 and Rs. 163.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13293.90 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.16% and 36.56% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has launched its latest managed property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari, Bihar, on October 31, 2025. This launch marks another step in the brand’s expansion across Eastern India and further reinforces its presence in Bihar, where it has one operational property.
The hotel features 50 well-appointed rooms and suites across various categories, designed for comfort and functionality. Of these 32 rooms, along with Citrus Cafe, the multi-cuisine restaurant and banquet spaces, including Tangerine Grand 1, Tangerine Grand 2, a Boardroom, as well as a spa, a fitness center and a swimming pool will open in the first phase.
The remaining 18 rooms, along with Kebab Theater, a modern Indian speciality restaurant serving authentic kebabs, tikkas, and regional delicacies as well as the remaining banquet, Tangerine, will open subsequently in the second phase.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
