Dharan Infra-EPC has informed that the 18th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 12.30 pm IST through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Annual Report for the financial year 2024-2025, comprising the Notice of the AGM and the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year 2024-2025, along with Board’s Report, Auditors’ Report and other documents required to be attached thereto, will be sent in electronic mode to all the Members of the Company whose email address is registered with the Company /Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, Link Intime India (LIIPL)/Depository Participant(s). The said Annual Report will also be available on the website of the Company, that is, www.dharanepc.com. The details such as manner of; registering / updating - email address / bank account details, casting vote through e-voting and attending the AGM through VC / OAVM has been set out in the Notice of the AGM. The Company has fixed Monday, December 22, 2025 as the ‘Cut-off Date’ for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM. E voting shall commence from Thursday, December 25,2025 till Sunday, December 28, 2025.
