Tube Investments of India informs about no-objection for reclassification
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to its letters dated 17th September 2025, 5th November 2025 and 7th November 2025, Tube Investments of India has informed that the National Stock Exchange of India (‘NSE’) by way of its letter bearing reference no. NSE/LIST/COMP/TIINDIA/533/2025-2026 dated 5th December 2025 and BSE by way of its letter bearing reference no. LIST/COMP/KR/579/2025-26 dated 5th December 2025 have granted their respective ‘No-objection’ for reclassification of the Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions from ‘Promoter and Promoter Group Category’ to ‘Public Category’. The approval letters of NSE and BSE are enclosed.
