The resignation is effective from 28th December 2025. The detailed resignation letter received from the Director, along with the reason for resignation as provided by her, is attached and disclosed in compliance with the SEBI (LODR) Regulations. The Board of Directors places on record its appreciation for the valuable guidance and contribution made by Hariharan during her tenure, as an Independent Director of the Company.
