Pursuant to the relevant provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Takyon Networks has informed that the Company has received an order for the Supply and Installation of Network Core Switch from Hindustan Aeronautics, Kanpur. Further it has informed that the details required as per SEBI Circular for Corporate Announcement filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed Annexure-A.
