Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, CMX Holdings has informed that Bidhyadhar Sharma (DIN- 10165644), Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the office of Director of the company (Formerly Known as SIEL Financial Services) with effect from 05th December, 2025, due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors placed on record its sincere appreciation for her valuable contributions during her tenure with the Company. The disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure – A.
