Cheviot Company informs about closure of trading window
Cheviot Company has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by designated persons and their immediate relatives governed by the Company’s Code of Conduct shall remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2025.
