Orkla India informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, Orkla India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the company shall be closed from January 01, 2026 until 48 hours after declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. Accordingly, all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other Insiders are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
