PTC India Financial Services has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. 19th December 2025, approved the appointment of Pikkili Ramana Murthy (DIN:07815852), on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director of the Company for a period of 3 consecutive years with effective from 19th December 2025, not liable to retire by rotation, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders.
